Imagepro arrives on
location with the refurbish
trailer in tow. The trailer
contains all the necessary
equipment and supplies needed
to do the job. The trailer
also contains an array of sign
supplies including most common
types of bulbs, transformers,
ballast, sockets and etc.
2
Next, a secured safety area
and perimeter is established.
Pylons are set up until the
last vehicle has vacated and
only then is the work started.
ImagePro is proud to say that
even though we have 2 Million
Dollars of Liability
Insurance, we have never had a
customer claim in 15 years.
NOTE:
In most situations, the actual
work is performed away from
the storefront and in the rear
of the building and away from
the general public. Power is
generated from the ImagePro
trailer. ImagePro also has
overhead protection in the
case of adverse weather
conditions.
3
Now the old faces are removed
from the sign.
4
The faces are then traced onto
the new acrylic sheeting.
5
The new faces are then cut for
an exact match to the old
faces.
6
In this application, Dual
Black vinyl is applied. Dual
Black is a perforated vinyl
that looks solid black during
the day and white at night.
7
Then the trim cap is applied
and glued. An instant bonding
chemical formula is used to
melt/bond the trim cap to the
acrylic instantly. Then an
adhesive glue is added for a
thicker harder seal and
bonding bead.
8
The new faces are then
installed back on the letters.
SAME DAY!
