Single stoke neon is recommended for letters with up to 4" - 5" wide strokes or limbs. This usually is the case for letters up to 24" tall. Some 24" tall thin letters require single stroke neon. Bolder 24" letters require doubles stroke neon. Even larger letters require triple stroke neon. Triple stroke neon and LED Channel Letters quoted upon request.
