THE ALUMINUM
The Aluminum used in our signs
is are baked enamel painted
sheets. This material is
extremely tough yet very
lightweight and rustproof. It
is completely water and sun
proof, and resists most stains
and chemicals. Signs made from
this product will last at
least 4-7 years outdoors, far
exceeding the life of
polycoated cardboards,
coraplast or bag signs.

UV INKS
Our are printed with UV-cured
ink that has been designed
specifically for outdoor
longevity on corrugated
plastic. It has an extremely
glossy and detailed finish.
This ink is manufactured to
endure at least 12 months of
continuous outdoor exposure,
and to allow for plenty of
flexing and bending. The ink
comes in ANY Pantone
color matched. It also has
capability to be used to
produce beautiful four-color
process (full color) work.
SIGN STANDS
Sign stands provided with our
signs are constructed of
galvanized steel with welded
cross bars. They measure 24"
wide by 18" high and are boxed
for shipment. These stands are
very easy to use. Just step
down on the crossbar to push
the stake into the ground.
ARTWORK
We will work with you to
establish an artwork file
suitable for print work. We
are able to screen print most
any artwork produced with a
vector graphics program
(including four color
process!!). Our printing
process does not allow
printing all the way to the
edge of the plastic.

copy set in our standard type
styles. If special logos,
trademarks or type styles are
required, add $48.00 on first
order only. No art charge will
be added if acceptable digital
art is submitted. We require
at least a 1/4" white border.
Normal Production Times:
An approved email proof is
required prior to
manufacturing. An email proof
will be sent
1-2
work days after you place an
order. When you approve this
proof, then manufacturing
requires 72
hours (working days) to ship
your order.
